Lattimore Construction was the general contractor on this award-winning house. The house is a off-grid project, meaning it is not connected to the utility company in any way. It was also featured in a national publication.

Since a lot of the design elements were conceptual, we utilized many applied engineering and construction methods to make the project workable. Lattimore has extensive experience (50+ projects) with SIPS (structural insulated panels), ICF (insulated concrete forms), and structural foam construction. We were new to thermal storage systems; however, we used our experience in EPDM membranes and pipe-support systems to build a water and vapor tight compartment.
